She has consulted on Capital Programs of up to $18 billion in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Oil & Gas, Power, Retail Development, Forest Products and Construction industries.
Sally leads a team of consulting professionals with an impressive track record of results all across the United States and also in Singapore, New Zealand, Brazil, France, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Spain and Italy. She has served as Moderator and Program Director for several prestigious ENR McGraw Hill Construction national events.
Prior to forming Paragon Worldwide in 1992, Sally held leadership positions in Project Management and Information Technology for a major international Engineering and Construction services firm. Sally earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a MBA from the University of South Carolina.
Utilizing her experience and expertise from working with hundreds of capital projects and thousands of team members Sally developed and launched TEAM InSIGHT™; the Capital Project industry's only comprehensive diagnostic for assessing and dramatically improving team alignment and team member engagement.
Sally formerly served on the Executive Advisory Board for the College of Business and Behavioral Science at Clemson University, the Board of Directors of TAPPI as well as on the Board of Directors of Miracle Hill Ministries, a Christian ministry serving the Upstate of South Carolina.

Jodi King
Jodi King is a Consulting Partner for Paragon Worldwide, an international management-consulting firm specializing in Organizational Excellence and Capital Project Optimization.
Jodi has contributed to multi-billion dollar Capital Programs in the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Power, Retail Development, Forest Products and Construction industries. Jodi directs all aspects of Paragon’s comprehensive and proprietary InSIGHT™ assessment model used to measure and analyze Stakeholder and Team Member Alignment, Team Member Satisfaction and Team Member Engagement in Fortune 500 companies and on Major Capital Projects.
With nearly ten years of experience, Jodi consistently uses her analytical, creative thinking, and problem solving abilities to help Paragon clients achieve breakthrough results. Jodi has demonstrated proficiency in the design and implementation of a variety of executive-level training programs, in the development of research tools and in creative methods for helping organizations overcome barriers and produce substantial results.
In addition to her responsibilities on consulting assignments, Jodi manages the marketing and business administration functions within Paragon. Jodi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with emphasis in Psychology and Management from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to becoming a Paragon Worldwide Consulting Partner in 1999, Jodi held positions in Human Resources Management.
Jodi is very devoted to her husband and two young boys and is active in her church teaching Sunday School. She is now taking up the game of golf.
Cindy Cantrell
Cindy Cantrell is a Consulting Partner of Paragon Worldwide, an international management-consulting firm specializing in Organizational and Capital Project Optimization.
Cindy has been a Consulting Partner at Paragon since shortly after it was founded in 1992. Cindy’s career in the engineering and construction of capital projects spans 27 years with experience on capital projects ranging from $1 million to $1.5 billion total installed cost. Prior to joining Paragon Cindy held positions in Estimating, Project Controls and Project Management for GE and the former Sirrine Engineering.
Project leaders repeatedly request Cindy’s help and consistently note her extensive knowledge of the capital projects process as well as her tenacity, attention to detail and her ability to get results. Because Cindy is technically grounded and experienced in project management she is able to help clients successfully work through troublesome situations and attain breakthrough results.
Cindy has consulted across the United Sates and also internationally in Canada, Brazil, Singapore, England, Belgium and Ireland. Her passion is aligning diverse stakeholders on major capital projects and helping them work through critical project issues. And the tougher the assignment, the more energy and enthusiasm Cindy has for it.
Richard Ducote
Richard Ducote is a Consulting Partner for Paragon Worldwide, an international management-consulting firm specializing in Organizational Excellence and Capital Project Optimization.
He is also co-founder and Managing Partner for the Atlanta based Management Consulting Firm, SDF International, Inc. Richard has consulted internationally for over twenty years for clients in the Automotive, Steel, Oil & Gas, Beverage, Food, Soft Disposables, Forest Products, Plastics, Vision Care and Pharmaceuticals Industries. He has led client initiatives across the United States and also in Canada, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Finland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Czech Republic, Mexico and Thailand.
Utilizing his rigorous, disciplined and collaborative approach, Richard has designed and facilitated the implementation of over thirty large-scale Team-Based Work Systems (TBWS) in a dozen countries. He has designed recruiting and hiring programs, on-boarding processes, developed performance-based training programs, designed and implemented leadership development programs and coached business leaders to increasingly higher levels of performance.
Prior to consulting, Richard served a decade of military service, and held leadership positions in manufacturing, human resources, and industrial engineering at Procter & Gamble. He also served as Manufacturing General Manager of a converting operation and as Director of Operations for a flexible film packaging company.
Richard is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY, with an MA in Logistics Management and an MBA in Industrial Management. He is a Certified Management Consultant and holds facilitator certifications in numerous Organizational Development Processes.
Richard has contributed numerous articles to industry magazines regarding a world-class way of working. Richard currently serves as the Committee Chairperson for Boy Scout Troop 434 in Atlanta, Georgia and is active in his church and his children’s school.
Jay Frankenfield
Jay Frankenfield is Consulting Partner for Paragon Worldwide, an international management-consulting firm specializing in Organizational Excellence and Capital Project Optimization.
He is also a partner for the Atlanta-based consulting firm, SDF International, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in improving multi-million dollar operations as both a line manager and a consultant, Mr. Frankenfield leverages his strategic analysis skills and a unique ability to bring practical solutions to complex organization issues facing his clients. An expert at facilitating cross-functional teams through a structured, highly participative problem-solving process, he has helped clients in a wide range of industries and over a dozen counties. Most recently he has helped clients re-design their product development process, formulate comprehensive business strategies to compete in challenging, competitive environments, and guided project teams to achieve breakthrough startup results.
Mr. Frankenfield's extensive background in corporate America prepared him for his consulting career. During 15 years with Procter & Gamble, he directed product planning and new product introduction for two consumer product brands, led the record-setting start-up of a $15 million FDA regulated facility, and managed the design and startup of a $60 million paper machine. After P&G, he was responsible for the start-up of a $25 million, computer-controlled aseptic processing plant for PepsiCo, and he served as Paragon Trade Brands' Senior Vice President for Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality, where he directed national operations for a $500 million consumer products company.
A graduate of the University of Missouri with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering, Mr. Frankenfield was also listed in Strathmore's Who's Who, 1995/96 National Business Leaders for demonstrated leadership and achievement. He has contributed numerous articles to industry magazines on topics such as crisis management, reducing manufacturing costs, quality control and avoiding startup problems. In addition, Mr. Frankenfield has served as a speaker at industry events, including the Management Roundtable "Portfolio Metrics" Conference in November 2000.
